MAT PILATES VIA ZOOM - A course suitable for complete beginners either as a one-off trial or as a 6 week course. Learn the basics of Pilates breath control, body alignment and core activation. Progress through a series of moves that will support a goods posture whilst improving your mobility, flexibility and strength.

Having taught high impact cardio for a number of years I wanted to be kinder to my body so I started to learn Pilates. I found that this form of exercise helped to maintain my fitness level whilst supporting my well-being. I enjoy the fact that Pilates allows me to develop my strength, flexibility and mobility and most importantly I can see the benefits this brings to others during an exercise session.
I enjoy tailoring my classes to benefit my clients and this is why I developed my Mat class to provide a suitable level of exercise for those wishing to remain seated.
I am keen to continue my own personal development and regularly take part in other Pilates classes as well as undertake formal training. I have recently completed courses in 'Adapting Exercise for Older Adults, 'Pre and Post Natal Exercise', 'Falls Prevention' and TRX Suspension Training.
