A Pilates class focusing on strengthening your abdominal (stomach) muscles , giving you tips on how to get a flatter stomach and more toned belly whist still adhering to the Principles of Pilates. We will also work the back.

I am a level 3 CYQ qualified Pilates instructor with over 20 years of experience teaching in the fitness industry. I am qualified to teach contemporary and modern Pilates.
Both my children suffer from back problems so I have a lot of experience in corrective exercise and have seen the benefit of pilates exercises and the positive effects they have had on them.
My mat Pilates classes are suitable for beginner and intermediate level.
Private sessions available and include postural assessment with corrective exercise prescription.
I am passionate about Pilates and believe it can benefit everyone.
