Roncametrics is a brand new Wellbeing and inchloss course, recommended by Physiotherapist Sophie Banks. Perfect for relieving back pain, toning and improving posture. It takes aspects from yoga, Thai flow, isometrics, pranayama breathing, Alexander technique and pilates, and over 6 x 90 min sessions teaches you how to get the best out of your body. I am a Level 3 Pilates Teacher, who trained with the Pilates Institute in Westminster. I am also a certified Roncametrics Instructor, which is a brand new wellbeing inchloss programme launched in the UK 2018. I have been a fitness professional for 20 years. Qualifications include a Pilates diploma, which took 5 years to complete to teach me the fundamentals, intermediate and advanced pilates matwork as well and Pilates in a 1-1 setting. I have a special interest in back rehabilitation and posture correction, core and stability ball training. I have my own bespoke studio in Ogwell, Newton Abbot, which I use for private and small groups of no more than 3, as well as classes in the community. I also passed my 60 hour intensive Roncametrics training in 2017, and am launching these courses across Devon now. If you wish to kick start your fitness in a 1-1 or group setting, I can help you achieve your goals.
