I am passionate about teaching Body Control Pilates after feeling the benefits myself! I joined a class many years ago because I had lower back pain after having my children and have never looked back since, becoming a fully qualified level 3 matwork teacher back in February 2013 and since becoming a level 3 qualified ante & postnatal pilates teacher. I am level 4 on the register of exercise professionals and I'm a fully insured member of the Body Control Pilates association. In recent years, i have further qualified to teach and programme pilates for clients with osteoporosis and for bone health and I am a BACK4GOOD practitioner on the back care professionals register, which allows me to programme and deliver healthy backs Pilates programmes. I teach small classes and have experience of modifying and adapting exercises to suit the individual whether first time exercisers or sports enthusiasts and always give regular feedback to ensure progress toward your goals. I take pride in teaching good movement skills and i'm particularly interested in pilates for rehabilitation and recovery.
