A 4 week course of Pilates Ballet & Barre style classes.
Ballet-inspired barre workouts are incredibly popular and with good reason β ballet moves tone the entire body, improves posture and increases flexibility, so to combine Pilates with Barre and Balance is a perfect combination. You will learn the basics, Barre fitness first took shape in 1959 in London

Barre & Balance Pilates takes the principles and fundamentals moves of Pilates and fuses these with elements, such as feet positions & arm lines of Barre. Within the class we focus on improving balance and using certain balances to enhance our participants ability and strength.
All my classes offer modifications on the exercises giving you the opportunity to practise at your level and abilities, you are very welcome to rest or change your level without any judgement.

If you book a class and do not attend you will still be charged. Spaces are limited in so please try to cancel within 12 hours for a full refund or change to another class, so someone else can have your spot on the mat.
Classes are subject to a 6 hour cancellation policy if your booking is cancelled. Pilates is a low-impact workout, making it a good option. Pilates is a whole-body fitness that can improve movement, strength, and control that was created by Joseph Pilates. It combines core work, torso stability, strength training, and flexibility into one workout, allowing you to increase flexibility, improve posture, work your core, boost energy, and increase your mind-body connection.

(still not there). Yet, amidst the chaos, my Pilates mat became my sanctuary. It was my escape pod from sleepless nights and chaos. I decided to level up β not just for myself but for my sassy daughter. So, here I am, on a mission to share my passion and knowledge from many years of training and learning. My classes? They are welcoming with no demands, where spines groove, glutes twerk and laughter. Safety first, though! I love a modification β decoding each body's unique needs.
