I am a qualified Pilates teacher and a registered nurse. I created Fitskool to help people take charge of their own health and well-being, and that can be done beautifully with Pilates and Foundation Training as both are suitable for everyone. I am fully certified with the internationally respected APPI Pilates and Physiotherapy Institute. I run classes of mixed ability, beginners, rehabilitation for back pain recovery and the Pink Ribbon Programme for breast cancer survivors. I also cater to intermediates and advanced. I provide one to one for a more individualised programme, designed for your specific needs. I have a private studio for your exclusive use, a lovely Pilates room for semi-private small groups and apparatus including the Reformer, Spine Corrector, Wunda Chair and Tower for more specialised programming.
