Our classes are held in various beautiful locations throughout County Durham (venues in Langley Park, Willington, Stanley Crook and Ramside Spa), as well as our worldwide retreats. We also offer 1-2-1's, Workshops and our brand new 'A Healthier You' program, which uses cutting edge advances in diet and exercise focusing on fat loss not weight loss. If you have recently had a baby then our extremely popular 'Mother & Baby' Pilates class would be great for you to help you to regain your shape.
