Celebrity pilates trainer. In 2004, I qualified as a Rep Level 3 Personal Trainer and Sports Masseur through Premier Global Training, leading me on to work in a privately owned gym as a Personal Trainer for 2 years.
As a Freelance Trainer, I had the privilege to work for Sony BMG, training and travelling on tour around the world with their clients including a member of Britain’s Got Talent.
My passion for core training and strength sparked my love for Pilates which in turn led me to train at Bootcamp Pilates in East London. I travelled to Qatar and worked as an exclusive Pilates/Personal Trainer for the Prime Minister’s wife.
Upon my return, I yet again had the privilege to work for a big corporate company in Mayfair, training members of their staff on a 1:1 basis. I decided to expand my knowledge in Pilates and completed the Stott Mat and Reformer Pilates modules. I then joined the Tempo Pilates team in 2010 during which time I have attended several workshops including Alan Herdman’s two day Reformer Workshop and an intensive pregnancy course with Body Control as well as continuing to expand my knowledge in nutrition, Pilates and other courses to help improve my client’s lives.
My love for Pilates and exercise has successfully brought me to open my own Mobile Pilates company in 2013 so I can help busy individuals improve their health and fitness goals in the comfort of their own home which lead me to train a singer from a famous girl band.
Seeing my clients improve their posture, back pain, weight loss, lifestyle, stress levels is just amazing and I wouldn’t change it for anything.
