Based at our three luxury holiday cottages in South West Cornwall, our holidays provide you with the opportunity to unwind and recharge your body whether you’re a beginner or seasoned exercise enthusiast.
Our scheduled Pilates and fitness breaks run from Friday evening to Sunday evening. Each weekend will be different depending on the number of participants and their preferences but will typically include classes in the studio as well as individual sessions. Limited numbers mean everyone receives the attention they need.
Weather permitting, there will also be the opportunity exercise outdoors. This could be a workout on the Fitness Tree by the boules court, Pilates on the lawn or a run or swim at a nearby location such as Prussia Cove or the South West Coast Path.
There will be optional activities such as guided walks, cycle rides, surfing or stand up paddle boarding. There will also be plenty of time to explore the surrounding area, including the iconic St Michael’s Mount and nearby St Ives.
