Working since 1994 in fitness, and owner of a Bed & Breakfast, Catharina gives classes in La Seu d´Urgell and organises intensive courses and (detox)retreats.
Catharina is working in La Seu d´urgell since 2001, and speaks Catalan, Spanish, Dutch, English, Basic French and Basic German.
There are daily classes for local people, and private classes available for guests.
Total Barre, Stott Pilates, Fitness, Outdoor training, SUP Pilates, Aerial Pilates.
There are also Pilates retreats, camps and courses available.
