Samantha has been practising Pilates for over ten years. During this time she has trained with Body Control Pilates and recieved her level 3 qualification for Mat based Pilates teaching, and is also a member of the Register of Exercise professionals.
Samantha continues to further her knowledge by working towards her Level 4 Advanced Exercise Instructor Qualification and regularly attends courses and work shops.
Body Control Pilates puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, balance, joint mobility, muscle tone, posture and co-ordination with the added benefit of relieving stress and tension within the body, improving mental and physical well being.
A wide variety of exercises will be used to focus on progression over a six week period, movements will be modified in range of difficulty from beginners to advanced. Equipment will be provided.
Sessions will be held from Samantha's idyllic home studio in Chilworth which is situated in a tranquil environment looking onto the gardens. Private parking is available.
Private and group sessions are offered. Group sessions will have a maximum of 8 per class in order for each participant to be given correct direction and feedback during movements.
