A mat-based beginners class to suit all age groups

I am a local Chiropractor based at Taunton Chiropractic Clinic, Crown Medical Centre, Taunton where I have been working for over 13 years. I am also a level 3 Advanced Pilates instructor. Many of my Pilates clients have back pain and a collection of other injuries and they have found that by regularly doing Pilates they have strengthened their injured area.
