Great for all abilities with progressions and extra challenges as options if you are more experienced. You can work at your own pace and the class progresses each week as you improve and gain more strength and knowledge of Pilates technique.

Hi - I'm Jane - As a former ballerina, Pilates was part of my everyday life. I practiced this wonderful exercise programme throughout my entire career - and have done ever since. My whole inspiration to teach PIlates came from the benefits that Pilates brought to me as a dancer, to get back to fitness after pregnancy and how it has helped me with those niggling aches and pains that seem to go hand in hand with more birthdays!

Pilates is such a fantastic form of exercise and sharing its benefits is my privilege. Whatever your fitness level, or time in life, I can help you to improve your posture and flexibility, alleviate aches and pains, increase your core strength and enjoy a much better sense of overall well-being. My class members are mostly aged 45 - 75 years, with some younger and, I am also absolutely delighted to say, some who are now in their 80's. What an inspiration!

My live Pilates classes run from Tuesday to Saturday in Market Harborough, East Farndon and Medbourne in Leicestershire, and in Cranford, Broughton and Orlingbury in Northamptonshire. Classes are friendly and welcoming and you also have the option to join me online via Zoom, as well as via On Demand video everyday of the week should you wish! I also offer private 1:1 sessions or small group sessions for you and a friend or two.
