The Pilates Pal is an Alsager based Pilates company offering basic and advanced Pilates classes in around South Cheshire.
Pilates specifically targets the deep postural muscles and using controlled movements, Pilates will help you improve your balance, core, muscle strength, flexibility and posture.
All of our Pilates teachers are trained by the APPI (The Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute) and have over 10 years’ experience of teaching Pilates. Having completed Matwork Level 1, 2 and 3 programmes, all teachers are qualified to advanced level.
