Fully qualified Body Control Pilates ® Instructor based near Ledbury.

My Qualifications:
Body Control Pilates ®Instructor, REP level 3 pilates, REP level 4 Specialist Instructor, Back Care professional,Back4Good ® Practitioner.

I teach clients on a one to one basis or in small groups either at my home on the beautiful Eastnor Estate, or in their own homes.

I teach regular pilates classes in Ledbury, Kempley, Bishops Frome and Burley Gate.
