Our aim of Pilates is simple ‘Strengthen the weaker muscles, lengthen the shorter muscles and mobilise the joints, all whilst incorporating the Pilates principles’. Instead of focussing on the old style Pilates exercises, we tailor and create the exercises based on the individual person’s needs and requirements, instead of a traditional “one exercise fits all approach”. Pilates is inclusive for everyone and not just aimed at those with back pain.

Small group Pilates classes (maximum of 7 people). These specialist Pilates classes are unique as they integrate the skills & safety of Therapy with the principles of Pilates. Classes are based on the individuals needs, and with an specialist requirements taken into consideration. Exercises will be tailored to suit the individuals rather than a simple 'one exercise for all' approach.
