Wynona is a qualified ZUMBA and PILATES INSTRUCTOR and PERSONAL TRAINER. She has also been working as a COUNSELLOR and HOLISTIC THERAPY PRACTITIONER in the well-being field for many years. She has worked with several charitable organisations, and has studied Authentic Movement and Dance/ Movement Therapy, Reiki, Therapeutic Touch and Acupressure Massage. She wants to share her joy in moving freely, generating a happy mood and - in the process- living a healthy life style
Her greatest love is dance and movement - in every form - especially ZUMBA and PILATES
