Restorative Pilates class is mat-based and specifically designed for anyone who wouldn’t be able to attend a regular class due to injury or other health condition or is a complete beginner.
The focus of this low-impact class will be to gently mobilize the whole body, increase the range of motion and improve body awareness. There will be plenty of modifications to adapt for various types of injuries.
Research shows that Pilates can help ease low back pain, improve sleep and even support mental well-being.
