With over a decade of experience in teaching Pilates and movement, I am a Fully Comprehensive and Master Matwork teacher certified by the prestigious Body Control Pilates. I also hold additional qualifications for working with Specialist Populations, Lower Back Pain and Bone Health. I discovered Pilates at the age of 12 as a dancer and have benefited from its physical and mental strength throughout my dance career, adulthood and motherhood.
Classes are held at the stunning location of Dyrham Park County Club. Small group tailored classes for all ages. Plenty of parking on site and equipment provided.
