I am a qualified, experienced Pilates instructor and a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs).
I aim to help you improve your posture by mobilising, strengthening and balancing your body through precise and controlled exercises. You will learn how to maintain a neutral spine position, stabilise your pelvic and shoulder girdles, breathe correctly and engage your core. My hands-on approach will enable you to work safely to the best of your ability.
No previous experience is necessary.
Small group classes, all mats and equipment are provided.
