Teaching private, duets and groups in your home or office - bringing high quality, classical Pilates to your doorstep!
I am a fully certified Pilates teacher, for mat and equipment with 10 years experience in movement education, 5 of them in Pilates.
Weather you want to get fit, limber, deal with pain or injuries, are pregnant or post-natal, we will work together to achieve your goals.

My Pilates certification is from The Israeli Centre for Pilates: Dror Raz (a Pilates Method Alliance course) and I am also about to complete my Pilates Masters Program with The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado (renowned as the Harvard of Pilates teacher training) alongside completing an MA in Movement Studies at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.

Main locations are Clapham, Brixton and Battersea in the south and Swiss Cottage, St Johns Wood and Camden in the north.
