These are premium options, SMALL GROUP regular practice where the instructor cares about you (and your goals) and insures you learn and practice the correct technique, the best level and version of an exercise FOR YOU.
These sessions are NOT a large, crowded room where you can hardly see the instructor and no options are given.
Your instructor has been practising Pilates since the year 2000 and has been teaching Pilates since 2003,
helping hundreds of people (ages 4 to 97) improve their:
* posture
* gait
* balance + coordination
* core strength
* flexibility, mobility
* body definition
* improved body shape
* slimmer waist
* improved body tone
* sleep quality
* stress reduction
* feel better
(according to feedback received).
Sport-specific:
* improved movement patterns - good movement patters make us more efficient, less injury-prone, increase strength, power and resilience
* injury prevention - by helping rebalance the body and prevent injury from occurring in the first place
* injury recovery - as part of a injury recovery protocol
Extra beginner sessions can be added when there are enough bookings.
My aim is to provide great instruction and help you learn the correct technique:
* without the correct technique, you just don't get the same benefits. Also,
* if you learn a movement pattern incorrectly, it takes much more work (time, money and effort) to relearn it the correct way.
So it really pays off to learn correctly the first time round!
