Cycling, running, swimming, hiking and lots of Pilates.
My background is a typical desk worker in a demanding role and sitting a lot, suffered back pain on and off and finally my back decided I need a change! I have always been active and Pilates tied my interest in movement and helping people together nicely. Voila a job I love doing!
