Are you pregnant and wanting to maintain your strength and fitness? Pilates is one of the safest and most effective ways of exercising during pregnancy. Staying active and fit is a great way to prepare for labour, strengthen your pelvic floor and get back into shape after birth.
Classes are open to anyone 16 weeks +. All equipment is provided and class sizes are kept small to guarantee individual personal attention.
