Pop-up-Pilates offers small mixed ability Pilates classes led by a qualified physiotherapist. Our fun but challenging classes run in 8 week blocks. Join us for a balanced whole body work out with a focus on core strengthening. Booking in advance is essential but we welcome new comers at the start of each block.
