I have been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years, originally as a fitness Instructor within a gym but for the last 8 years I have been a freelance fitness instructor teaching classes in a number of gyms around Sheffield and Rotherham. Last year I started Kiveton Pilates and Fitness offering Pilates and Fitness classes at Kiveton Park and Wales Village Hall.
