I started Pilates 22 years ago when looking for "something new" in my fitness programme, and have never looked back! In 2004, I qualified with the Pilates Foundation, and in 2006 gained a further qualification to teach Pre and Postnatal Pilates. (Guild of Pre and Postnatal Exercise Instructors member).
My classes and privates sessions aim to keep the authenticity and integrity of Pilates, whilst treating each client as an individual. Classes have a maximum of 12 people, and private lessons may be booked as 1-2-1's , or shared. (max 4 people)
