This 1 hr class will provide a mindful total body Pilates workout.
You will need to bring a mat, a small towel and a bottle of water.
Please wear clothing you can move freely in, avoiding zips/buttons where possible. We work in socks or barefoot.
Every class will take you through a set-up, warm-up, main ex, cool-down with stretch. Options are given throughout the class so that everybody can work at their own level. Different exercise every week for variety.
A small class with maximum 10 people, to allow you to benefit from the attention of the instructor.
A friendly, welcoming atmosphere, to help to reach your potential.
