A 6 week Pilates program which is designed to cater to every individual, whether you're taking your very first steps into this world or have been a dedicated Pilates enthusiast for years.

Generally our Pilates Classes will follow this structure:

Week 1: Grasp Basics Discover Pilates principles gently.
Week 2: Blend Principles Infuse basics into warm-ups, feel the difference.
Week 3: Embrace Uniqueness Adapt, understand varied postures and abilities.
Week 4: Unveil Inner Strength Build on basics, witness progress.
Week 5: Your Tailored Routine Craft exercises for your needs.
Week 6: Harmonise Everything Celebrate your journey, create cohesive routine.
