The class is clinical Pilates, so lots of individual attention is given to ensure correct posture and technique, but we have a lot of fun along the way!

JudyKey Pilates

I am a Pilates and fitness teacher based in Chesterfield, in Derbyshire. I have been in the industry for 25 years, so have lots of experience! Before this I was a professional dancer, travelling the world.
I love teaching Pilates in small classes, so I can give lots of individual attention, whilst making it fun at the same time! It is massively satisfying to see the difference that Pilates makes to peoples lives.
