Feeling better starts here! Our studio provides our clients with the best range of classes to help them get rid of aches and pints, find time and space for themselves and learn how to move well and feel better.
We have classes during the day and evening to suit all levels of ability, skill, fitness and ages. We have beginners courses and workshops as well as a lounge to have a herbal tea or coffee before or after class.
