I have been teaching Pilates for over twenty-two years and am a fully qualified Advanced Instructor, having trained with Modern Pilates in the UK, as well as attending various Pilates workshops and conferences including APPI and Stott. As well as achieving the CYQ Level 3 Matwork Qualification, I have undertaken specialist Pilates courses: Back Care, Hip and Knee, Pre/Post-Natal, Neuro Pilates and Pilates for the Older Adult.
