OM Pilates aims to teach you with a 'handbook to the body' in creating anatomical awareness of good posture that can be taken into any other practice in your life. Sessions are technical and challenging allowing for all levels. Expect a low-impact exercise regime designed to strengthen, tone and control your muscular movements initiating from the core of the body.

We understand that humans were made to move - to dart, run, walk, swim, jump, skip, hop and dance. Our aim is to get people moving in whatever way they find comfortable and within their abilities, having fun whilst doing it!
We offer Pilates & Yoga for 1-2-1 at home, corporate, public classes and community partnerships.
