Healthy Bones class suitable for people with osteoporosis, arthritis, joint replacements and anyone wishing to increase body strength, improve balance and make some new friends. Throughout the class, the emphasis is on stabilising and strengthening the spine.
NB I do not run any drop in classes. If you would like to join a class, please contact me in advance to agree the most appropriate date to join the class.
