Pilates with Judy

I am a former ballet dancer and my interest in Pilates stems from the recruitment of the core muscles necessary for both disciplines.
After a few weeks of Pilates practise it is possible to feel the internal strength increase which results in movements becoming more controlled and the body to feel more lengthened
