This 90-minute class will provide a mindful total body Pilates workout, followed by a Yoga Nidra practice for deep relaxation.
You will need to bring a mat, a lightweight blanket, and a bottle of water.
Please wear clothing you can move freely in, avoiding zips/buttons where possible. We work in socks or barefoot.
Every class will take you through a set-up, warm-up, main Pilates exercises, cool-down with stretch, before adopting the savasana pose and guiding you through the deep layers of relaxation in a yoga nidra practice.
Options are given throughout the class so that everybody can work at their own level. Different exercises every week for variety, the YN script will change every few weeks.
