This class is designed for those already well versed in the Pilates technique. Both physically and mentally challenging, new movements are incorporated with combinations and higher intensity of known movements, with the option of performing the movements at a modified level, alongside with the use of small equipment

Yvette is a one of the most experienced and a leading Pilates teacher in the Midlands She has been studying and working within the fitness industry for 20 years. Since 1992 she has specialized in aerobics, dance and other studio-based classes.
In 1999, Yvette received her first degree in Sport and Leisure from the University of Warwick. In 2000 became the studio aerobic and fitness programme coordinator for the largest sports centre in England
2001, saw Yvette studying and complete, a Diploma in Pilates with Michael King, London. In 2002, Yvette established Central England Pilates in 2002 which bases its teaching practice on a Pilates method combining up to date knowledge of exercise physiology and techniques; whilst retaining the authentic concept of its founder Joseph Pilates. For the past 10 years Yvette has taught Pilates locally, nationally and internationally.
Since Yvette 2006 Yvette has studied Osteopathy and Traditional Acupuncture at Oxford Brookes university and is currently studying Tai Chi. This wealth of knowledge and comprehensive skill-base brings a unique richness to her classes and private sessions.
