Teaching mixed ability, dynamic & beginner Pilates classes locally for over 10 years with 1:1 Pilates Reformer Sessions now available.
Classes run in Llanfechain Village Hall and my home studio a warm & welcoming space located 1 mile from the village.
I also teach 1:1 Reformer sessions and offer small private group sessions from 2 - 8 people, this could be a group of friends or family.
