Matclass for intermediate and Improver level. Classes include working with small equipment such as bands and toning circles to make the classes challenging and fun.

I am a qualified Body Control Pilates Matwork Instructor and I have been teaching Matwork classes since 2006. I hold mixed group classes in Alfold and Ellens Green and also see clients for private sessions. I regularly attend workshops and courses to increase my knowledge.
