Kate's Pilates classes are influenced by her dance background to find a sense of flow throughout the class, to develop body awareness, posture, core stability, control, precision, flexibility, strength, and a sense of well being.
Qualifications:
Post Graduate Certificate (Dance Science)
BA hons Dance Studies (Science)
Professional Diploma (Dance Performance)
Pilates Foundation Teacher
Classes are limited to a maximum of 12 people per class and must be booked in advance. All mats and small equipment are provided.
