Thursday: 12:45 p.m. - 1:45 p.m.

Posture Perfect Pilates

I have been teaching matwork and equipment in my custom- built studio in Cranleigh, Surrey since January 2000. My larger studio equipment includes 5 Reformers, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Arc Barrels and a Power Plate. Matwork classes from beginners to advanced are scheduled weekdays. I am a Body Control Pilates Instructor, Level 4 with a specialist 'Back4Good' qualification. I have completed many other training programmes to increase my knowledge. I am passionate about Pilates and helping people enjoy the benefits of efficient exercise programmes.
