I have been practicing yoga since the early 1980s and Pilates since 2003. I have been teaching full time since 2008. I bring an awareness of body mechanics to my classes based on a long personal and professional practice of Pilates, Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga and from my experience as a physical therapist, sports massage therapist and acupuncturist.
