Our mixed ability Pilates matwork classes incorporate strength, mobility, flexibility and balance. Pilates bands, balls, light weights and other small equipment can be used to increase the challenge or to assist you. Please contact us for advice on the most appropriate class for you if you have any ongoing injuries or concerns or if you are pregnant.
This class is bookable as a block of classes (class pass) or as PAYG.
We offer a flexible cancellation policy - if you cancel your class in advance then you are able to swap to an alternative class or request a recorded class. Your classes must be taken within the pass duration and cannot be carried forward.

Power of Pilates is Reading's oldest Pilates studio based in Lower Earley, Reading, RG6 5SY. At the pilates studio we offer mat pilates, reformer pilates and equipment pilates using the reformer, exo chair, tower, springboard and arc. We offer mat and reformer pilates in group settings or you can book a private / one to one session. Due to the sucsess of our classes we also provide group matwork classes in Finchampstead, Wokingham and Winnersh. If you wish to train from home we can provide online and live stream pilates classes. We have a professional team of highly qualifed pilates instructors and have been establised since 2007.
