The small group classes are suitable for all levels.
Modifications are offered to suit each individual, so everyone can work at their own level. To ensure the best results, class numbers are limited in order to allow individual attention to all participants.
The focus of the Pilates matwork classes will be on creating balance in the body, strengthening the core postural muscles and working on stability and co-ordination.
Private sessions, Prenatal and Postnatal/Mum & Baby sessions also available.
