Our Pilates Level 1 classes are suitable for beginners and people who have not been to Pilates for a while of all ages. Beginner classes are great for building up strength and fitness after pregnancy, illness or injury. The classes focus on building strength and flexibility, particularly in the core muscles. Classes are small so that the instructor can ensure that clients do the poses correctly.
