This class is for clients with a few years' Pilates experience.
We work in blocks of five weeks only. Classes are not drop-in or pay as you go.

Since 2003, I have used Pilates to manage my own back health and reduce the pain associated with scoliosis. After experiencing the benefits for Pilates for myself, I trained with Body Control Pilates to become a teacher.
I have been teaching Pilates classes since 2016 and have taken additional training and passed assessments to specialise in lower back pain and scoliosis.
I have also undertaken additional training and passed assessments in Pilates for bone health (osteoporosis) and Pilates for older people (including hip and knee replacements). I have annual CPD requirements so I'm always updating my knowledge and experience. I'm also a supervisor for trainee teachers.
My aim is help you use Pilates in your daily activities so that, as Joe Pilates said. you can 'be in control of your body and not at its mercy.'
