We work on various things within the classes; posture, balance, building core strength, relieving stress and tension, strengthening and toning muscles, and flexibility, all with low-impact exercises.
Classes cost £9 per class, or £30 for a four week course (£7.50 per class)

Hi, I’m Louise Simms (previously Fennell) and I have been teaching Pilates in Stockport since 2006.
My aim is to give you the tools to becoming more active during your day by having a fitter, healthier and more toned body. I am committed to providing beneficial and enjoyable classes that work on all areas of the body to give you an overall workout.
I am fully insured, and first aid trained.
I am committed and dedicated to advancing my teaching skills, personal knowledge and expertise by regularly attending training courses and workshops.
My approach to teaching is to make all classes fun and enjoyable and ensure that Pilates is applicable to ‘real’ life. All of my classes are suitable for all levels and abilities. Each class has a maximum number of 12 people attending (normally averaging 8-10). This means that everyone gets individual attention, correction and refinement. None of us are perfect, so having someone to correct you and to be sure that you are exercising your body in the correct way is an essential part of my teaching.
