Pilates in Bloxham are run by an APPI trained Pilates instructor specialising in Matwork Pilates.
I have training in the use of small equipment and ante and post natal pilates.
I am a certified Physiotherapist and will ensure that all exercises are carried out safely and closely supervised throughout the class. I am aware of the limitations following orthopaedic or spinal surgery (or general injuries) and can adapt the positions and movements for individuals meaning that you can feel confident you are not causing harm.

I offer individual Pilates sessions in the comfort of your own home and classes currently in Bloxham.
I specialise in Matwork Pilates and Ante / Post Natal Pilates.
Sessions can be 1:1, or small groups (max 4 people).
I am a certified Physiotherapist and therefore have experience working with clients with various injuries, disabilities or following any orthopaedic, spinal or gynaecological surgery.
Prices are based on number of clients and location (mileage costs will be charged outside of Banbury).
