Currently a mixed ability class in Blaydon. The class is new so I am really happy to adapt the level to the needs of the participants.
The class will also have a maximum of 12 participants so you can be sure you'll get the individual attention you need.
The classes run as a course but I couldn't record anything but a drop in cost on here! The cost is £5 per session.
