Pilates for Tennis is based on the original Pilates principles, but specifically looks at exercises that are relevant to tennis.

Pilates strengthens your core muscles and to gives you more powerful strokes and endurance for your tennis game.

Sabine’s Pilates Matwork classes are aimed at busy mums who deserve an hour of mind & body awareness after dropping their children off at school and who want to develop strength and flexibility. All levels welcome. Courses run during school terms only. Free trial session.

Group classes in the mornings at St Andrew’s Church Hall in Hampstead (corner of Finchley Road and Frognal Lane).

Evening and weekend classes at the Cumberland Tennis Club in West Hampstead (25 Alvanley Gardens).

Sabine trained with the Pilates Institute in London and is a REPS Certified Level 3 Pilates teacher.
